Life has a way of teaching you what matters most through unexpected turns and purposeful choices.
My journey began in the United States Air Force, where I learned that mission-first leadership isn't just military jargon—it's a way of approaching every challenge with clarity, resilience, and unwavering commitment to something bigger than yourself. The discipline and principles I developed during my service continue to shape how I approach relationships, investments, and the work I do with leaders today.
After years of building and running my own business, I made the transition to full-time investing—a move that allowed me to step back and think more strategically about where I could make the biggest impact. What started as a career shift became something deeper: an opportunity to combine financial acumen with genuine service to others.
I spend my time working with high-performance leaders and organizations, helping them navigate complexity while staying true to their core values. But beyond the strategic work, I'm passionate about mentorship and personal development. There's something incredibly fulfilling about watching someone discover their potential and then having the courage to pursue it.
Aviation has always fascinated me—there's something about the precision, the preparation, and the moment of flight that mirrors so much of what I believe about life and leadership. When I'm not in the cockpit or reading about market psychology, I'm usually deep in a book about behavioral finance, philosophy, or personal mastery.
I frequently speak on topics close to my heart: generational leadership, the changing dynamics of family, and how we can guide the next generation with both clarity and compassion. These aren't just professional interests—they're personal convictions shaped by my own journey and spiritual foundation.
At the core of everything I do is a simple belief: we have the opportunity to build something meaningful, not just for ourselves, but for the people who come after us. Whether that's through the leaders I advise, the mentees I work with, or the digital legacy I'm building, I'm committed to modeling what it looks like to live with intention, balance, and genuine care for others.
I'm always interested in meeting people who are thinking deeply about leadership, purpose, and what it means to live well. If any of this resonates with you, or if you're working on something that could benefit from a different perspective, I'd love to hear from you.
